1. The Shell Regional and project LiveWire programmes that allowed for the training of youths in diverse business development courses and provided them with grants to start and carry out their businesses. 2017 – 2018
2. Facilitation of NLNG Youth Empowerment Scheme (YES) 2012 -2015)
3. Business Enterprise Development and Empowerment programme for Women and Youths of Egbemo Community, Bayelsa State. 2019 to date
4. Monitoring of Business Enterprise Development and Empowerment programme for Women and Youths in NAOC host communities
5. Facilitation of the training of Ex-Militants granted amnesty by the Federal Government in diverse skills, small-scale business and setting them up in various businesses. 2011 – 2015
