ACFED touched the life of people in over 500 communities, and counting, across the Niger Delta since 1999 till date. Various activities we have carried out in the various communities are outlined below;

1. Shell GMoU Facilitation and Mentoring for Sustainable Development. This activity covered seven (7) community clusters with a total of 200 communities across Bayelsa, Delta and Rivers States
2. Baseline Study and Sustainable Livelihood Assessment programme to identify need-based projects across 14 communities in Kalabari kingdom in Asari Toru and Akuku Toru Local Government Areas of Rivers State. This was carried out with funding support from Rivers State Sustainable Development Agency.
3. Team lead, Community Baseline Study and Sustainable Livelihood Assessment Study in over 120 communities in over 16 Local Government Area in Rivers and Bayelsa State
4. Lead facilitator, Waste to Wealth (Waste Management programme for the social economic growth of slum communities across Port Harcourt. Implemented with Living Earth Foundation. Funded by DFID, EU and Comic Relief.
5. Team Lead, Assessment Study of the Capacity of LDP Pilot LGAs to Generate Revenues from Internal Sources. (Ilaje and Okitipupa LGCs in Ondo State and Ogbia and Sagbama LGCs in Bayelsa State)
6. Facilitation of the setup of Ward Development Committees and Baseline Study under the UNDP Local Development Programme in Ilaje Local Government Area of Ondo State under the UNDP Local Development Programme.
